Coming from Manchester, 4FLO MUSIC singer/songwriter Ben is very much influenced by the music his parents grew up listening to. From Motown and Soul to RnB and 80s, he fuses it with Hip Hop to form the sound we now hear.
Talking about the lyrical side Ben says "I think the majority of songs I write are influenced by what's going on around us and the way I feel about it. Its just my say and opinion on that. The underlying point I want to have through my songs is growth and gaining knowledge and strength from the more difficult points in life. Not that I've always done that myself, but I've at least tried to when the fog clears!"
