I'm Alan Moore and I've been composing and teaching music for many years.

 

I've been commissioned to score the soundtracks for feature films, shorts, animated films, documentaries and audio books (see https://alanmooremusic.com/films).

 

These days, I am writing music for my own pleasure from my studio in Yorkshire, UK.

 

At present, my main preoccupation is with a series of pieces based on my favourite monuments and buildings in the care of English Heritage. It's a project that I've had on the backburner for many years, with a working title of 'Heritage'.

 

The recent pandemic has given me the opportunity to self-isolate and be creative!
