Blue Mallee

Hi my name is Evan and Blue Mallee is my stage name. I am from Australia and I started this musical project when I received a live music grant from my local council to record my debut EP. The name Blue Mallee came from a visit to the Northern Territory of Australia and becoming quite moved by the natural beauty of the landscapes. Blue Mallee is the name of a Eucalypt tree that grows there with the juvenile leaves grow in different directions. Having just branched off from my long standing band I could relate to diversity and growth. Take Me Somewhere Into The Wind is the third single off my upcoming EP and it is scheduled for release 18th June 2021.
