Terms & Conditions
By uploading your audio files to you profile, either for sale as download or giveaway, you are not signing over any rights to your music.
If you upload cover versions then it is your responsibility to have the correct permissions, identify them as covers and to credit the original artist. The same applies to music which uses samples or heavy influences from other artist’s work. Tunebubble is not responsible for copyright on the music you add to your profile, nor are we responsible for crediting artists – this is the responsibility of the artist creating the profile.
By uploading your photos and bio and audio you are giving your consent for Tunebubble to use this information to promote you and your music on social media and on our website.
By uploading content to your profile you are acknowledging you have permission to use that material and that it is your own work, or you have credited the original artist where necessary.
If you use our distribution service, separate terms apply which can be found in your artist dashboard before you create your new music submission to these platforms.
Users of the distribution service also need to adhere to the Content Style Guide before submitting music and artwork. This can be found on the ‘Backstage Area’ hub for distribution subscribers. All music submitted for distribution is quality and copyright checked and so it is important to follow the guidelines to avoid delays on distributing your music.
Tunebubble will remove material from profiles if needed. Instances being: unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, obscene, offensive, profane or exploitative content.
Please don’t add pictures to your profile which could be deemed as pornographic or offensive, eg hand gestures. We can’t use these to promote you!
Profile information should be truthful and accurate and it is the responsibility of the artist to ensure this is so.
Profiles created in the artist area which advertise services may be removed and the advertiser offered the chance to advertise in the directory instead.
Please also see our privacy policy.
We will from time to time send newsletters to subscribers. If you wish to withdraw from receiving these please use the unsubscribe button.
Tunebubble reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any of the terms in these Terms of Use, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (including without limitation, the availability of any feature, database, or content) at any time by posting a notice on the site or by sending you an e-mail.
Fans can view profiles and listen to music without signing up to the website. If you want to buy music downloads, receive newsletters and updates and make playlists on our website then you must register. Tunebubble do not have access to the playlists you create on your account.
We offer Artist and Advertiser Subscriptions.
Annual fees are payable in advance and are not refundable. They will auto renew unless you cancel, or ask us to cancel them. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but run for the full month – if you cancel midway through the month you will not receive a refund for a partial month.
Directory advertisers who pay subscription fees for a full page ad profile will have their ad revert to a free line ad upon the end of the payment period if this subscription is cancelled.
Distribution subscriptions run annually. If the subscription is cancelled the contract is ended at the end of the subscription period and the music distributed will be removed from the platforms within 90 days.
Tunebubble do not keep any of your royalties, you will receive 100% of them. Our payment threshold is low at £10 and you can request payment once you have crossed the threshold.

Rights to your music
The only rights we take are those we need to run the service. For example, the right to host the music you upload, and sell it on your behalf if you choose to.
The full details are below -
Can I upload covers? You must own or control all rights to everything you upload. That means no covers unless you have a written license or authorisation from the artist to upload the cover to Tunebubble. Do not upload cover songs unless you have obtained all permissions and authorisations in writing! These requirements apply regardless of whether you're selling the music or giving it away.

How much does Tunebubble cost?
Creating a profile is free.
Uploading your music for sale as a download or to give away will incur a fee of 10% of any sales prices after April 2022. No fee applies before this date.
Distribution of music to major streaming platforms with Tunebubble is a separate service and an annual fee applies. Cancellation of the distribution subscription will mean the music is taken down from the platforms at the end of the subscription period.
We also offer promotional ‘backstage pass’ subscriptions for additional services and this subscription can be taken out or cancelled at any time.

Fees and Payments – General
Tunebubble facilitates payments for purchases of Content including digital Content made available via download through the Service (“Digital Content”), and Artist Subscriptions. Each such purchase is a “Transaction,” each Transaction involving Digital Content is a “Digital Transaction.
All sales of Digital Content are final (except where prohibited by law), unless otherwise determined by Tunebubble. If you do not receive the Digital Content or otherwise have an issue with the Digital Content delivered, please contact Tunebubble with your request and proof of payment, and we will work to resolve your issue. At Tunebubble’s sole discretion, you may be credited or refunded for the Digital Content. However, you understand and agree that Tunebubble is a platform that Artists use to sell their products, and the Digital Content is derived from files provided by the relevant Artist, and the relevant Artist is solely responsible for such files.
Your total price for Digital Content will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such sales tax is based on your location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product. We will charge tax only in states or countries where digital goods are taxable.
If you purchase an Artist Subscription, your payment for such Artist Subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable subscription period, unless you cancel your Artist Subscription before the end of the current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period.
Content you purchase in a Transaction cannot be guaranteed to be available to you perpetually. For example, if we receive a notification of claimed infringement from a copyright owner or its agent with respect to specific Content, then U.S. law may require us to remove that Content from the Service and not make it available for future sale and we may also have to deny continued access to anyone who previously purchased such Content. This means that you may lose access to purchased Content previously available to you through the Service.
If we are required by law to deny access through the Service to previously purchased Content, including by removing access to Content from a user’s personal collection through any mobile application, then Company and Artists will not provide the user who purchased that Content with a refund, except as required by applicable law. Users bear all risk from the denial of access to any Content purchased through the Service.
Because there is a possibility that we may be required to deny you access to previously purchased Content, we encourage you to promptly download any Content you purchase through the Site to your own devices so that you will retain control and possession of such Content even if we are required to remove the Content from the Service.
You warrant that if you enter into a Transaction, then you shall be able to make full and immediate payment for the requested products or services.
Fees and Payments – Artists.
You will set the prices for your products and services that are charged through Transactions (the “Prices”) through the Site, and you may change the Prices at your sole discretion. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, Tunebubble may redistribute previously purchased copies of your products to users who have, in Tunebubble’s sole determination, received a corrupted copy of your product, an incorrect file format version of your product, an incomplete copy of your product, or suffered a loss of your product through hard drive failure, damage, theft or destruction, on a no-fee basis to the user (i.e., the user is not charged a new fee for the redistribution). Such redistribution may be effectuated by allowing a user to redownload a replacement copy themselves. In the event of any of the foregoing redistributions, no additional payments shall be made to you for such redistributions.
Company shall be entitled to a share of the revenue you receive from Transactions (the “Revenue Share”), which shall be calculated on your gross revenue from Transactions,
For Digital Content Transactions using Tunebubble will collect the purchase price Tunebubble will pay you the gross proceeds we receive from the sale of Digital Content, minus the applicable Revenue Share and any applicable Fees (the “Artist Payout”).
Payouts to artists will be made on a monthly basis via Paypal. Any fees incurred as a result of receiving Paypal payments is the responsibility of the Artist.
Tunebubble reserves the right, to immediately halt the offering or sale of any goods or services, prevent or restrict access to the Site or the Services or take any other action in case of technical problems, objectionable material, inaccurate listings, or actions otherwise prohibited by the procedures and guidelines contained on the Site, or for any other reason in the sole and absolute discretion of Company, and to correct any inaccurate listing or technical problems on the Site. Company may immediately halt the offering or sale of any goods or services upon receipt of notifications of claimed infringement, upon acquiring knowledge of actual infringement, or becoming aware of facts or circumstances from which infringing material is apparent with respect to any goods or services.
The Service may permit you to link to other websites or resources on the Internet, and other websites or resources may contain links to the Site.
